BARBARA SLADE
Associate Broker / Sales Associate

Barbara Slade is a native Pittsburgher. She has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. One of her favorite statements is, "Real Estate is in my blood. I have a passion for the business".

When you hire Barbara she puts her experience to work for you, and it's that "POWER OF EXPERIENCE" that produces satisfied customers.

Barbara was formerly the Sales Director for Coldwell Banker in Sewickley. In the late 1990's she developed the Farmington subdivision, located in Franklin Park. She spent many years working in New Construction. Barbara joined another major real estate company in 1998 and that same year she became the "Top Agent In Pittsburgh". She was awarded the Platimum Award several times and is a member of the Hall Of Fame. In 2010 Barbara rejoined CB Real Estate Services as an associate broker and sales associate.

SUSAN FORMHALS
Administrative Assistant / Closing Coordinator / Buyer Contact

Susan began working for Barbara about 13 years ago as her assistant. Her duties included answering the phones, taking messages, and learning how to do 12 things at once! Today she is still doing all of that, plus some. One of her jobs is to send you listings, via email, from the multi-list that meet the criteria of your home search. If you see a house of interest, she will schedule an appointment for Barbara or Lois

to show it to you. As the "team closing coordinator", she'll be your contact person, once you purchase a home or when your present home, that we have listed, sells.

Her previous employment, with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Pittsburgh Branch, lasted 12 years. She was the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President before leaving to start a family. Her next 12 years as a stay at home Mom were a pleasure. Raising her 2 children, and being able to participate as PTA Secretary, Brownie Leader and organizing special school functions, are quite memorable for her. She and her family currently reside in Ross Township, and spend most of their free time boating and fishing at Conneaut Lake, PA.

Buyer's Agent

Susan has worked as Barbara's buyer's agent off and on for many years. She recently rejoined the team, bringing with her 23 years of award winning real estate experience. As a native of Pittsburgh, she is pleased to serve most areas of Allegheny, Butler and Beaver counties. Her attention to details and ability to listen are key to her success. Her primary goal is your satisfaction.

LOIS SHENCK
Marketing Assistant / Listing Coordinator / Buyer's Agent

Lois joined the Team in 2006. With a background in website and graphic design the job has been a perfect fit for her. She also has a PA real estate sales license and enjoys assisting Barbara's buyers in their search for the perfect home. Her many other duties include marketing, staying in touch with our sellers, and website design and maintenance.
