I strongly recommend the real estate services of Barbara Slade and her team to anyone planning to buy or sell property. The service and professionalism that Barbara and her team members provide is indeed exceptional and deserves acknowledgement.

In my case, the property I purchased was not a typical home sale as the bulk of the property’s value was in the land. To further complicate the purchase, the property was owned by a trust, with the trustee living out-of-state. In addition, I had the misfortune of arranging financing for the property during the worse sub-prime crisis in decades. All of this could have led to a very large headache if not for the expertise and guidance of Barbara. In the end, the process was rather painless and, actually, was completed in a timely fashion thanks to Barbara’s experience and the efficiency of her team. To my advantage, the depth and breadth of her industry contacts included a mortgage broker who was able to arrang e the financing in less than a week.

Despite the number of issues that popped up before the closing, Barbara and her team were on top of everything and all issues were resolved quickly. I do not think you can find a realty team that is more proactive and coordinated…and gets the job done right!

Having just moved here and not being familiar with the local area, the Barbara Slade Team provided an outstanding personal touch. Coming off of a bad experience from our last realtor, that sold my house in Texas, it was a joy to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Barbara Slade, Lois, and Susan worked hard day, night, and weekends They earned their pay, as well as my praise for keeping me organized, positive, and communicating to me the entire way.
